Dr. DiVito is a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy services to adolescents and adults. She specializes in providing services for anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, parenting, high functioning autism, ADHD, and various other difficulties and challenges. Working collaboratively with each patient to develop their goals is something that is important to her. She uses a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy to help individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as they cope with, change, and adapt to life’s challenges.
It is her goal to create a safe space to aid individuals in exploring their feelings and challenges. She believes in using an individual’s strengths to help them heal, as well as aiding them in developing new and productive ways to manage their struggles. Ultimately, she wants to help people reduce distress, learn new coping strategies, and use their own strengths to work toward their goals and reach their full potential.
