Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic
My office is taking the following precautions to protect our patients and help slow the spread of the Coronavirus.
- I ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their
appointment time. I will text you when it is time to walk straight back to my office for
your appointment.
- When in the waiting room, please maintain appropriate physical distancing of at least six
feet.
- I ask that you take your temperature prior to coming in for your appointment, and ensure
that it is not elevated over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and that you do not have any
Coronavirus symptoms nor feel ill.
- All office staff and patients must wear masks.
- My office has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
- All office staff maintain safe distancing.
- Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their
hands.
- Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy room and the
waiting room.
- Credit card pads, pens and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly
sanitized after each use.
- Physical contact is not permitted.
- Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
- Common areas are thoroughly disinfected throughout and at the end of each day.
